The Ring Weights

• Set of Two - approximately 1lb
• Can be used as additional weight for the XL and Large Swing Trainers
• Place the ring over the top of the Swing Trainer to add an additional lb of weight
• Can be used as a ball holder or as a hand weight
• Can be placed on the lane
