The Small Swing Trainer works well for those who use up to a 10 lb bowling ball.  

The Swing Trainer:

Recommended Size vs Your Ball Weight: 

• XL = 14 to 16 lb ball

More about the Swing Trainer:

Made of a soft silicone rubber, the comfortable finger holes are slightly flexible allowing for larger finger sizes. The design of the product says "FUN!", but the elongated shape, flexible "neck", and heavier bottom weight serve an important purpose in helping to train the bowler to swing with the perfect pendulum motion, using proper timing. And don't let the weight deceive you! When you perform repetitions with your Swing Trainer, its weight and flexibility make it clear if a smooth swing plane has been achieved.

Using the Swing Trainer helps you: practice your bowling skills anywhere, train proper hand and arm position, build muscle memory and improve balance, work on timing and ball delivery, warm up to prevent injury and pain when bowling.

Colors: The colors shown in the pictures are just a sample of the colors we create.  When you order, we will send you whatever colors we currently have made.

All products are handmade by Eileen's Bowling Buddy, LLC in our shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. We are not mass producing our products, we hand pour and color each item. Because of this, you may find that your device has a dot or streak of color you weren't expecting, or small imperfections that are non impacting to the performance of the product. We like to call these the "character" that makes your device one-of-a-kind!
