The Large Swing Trainer works well for those who use a 12, 13 or 14 lb bowling ball.

The Swing Trainer:

Straighten arm swing
Promote straight back, straight forward swing
Loosen arm swing
Strive for a smooth gravity fed swing
A wobble in the back or in the front of the swing means you are grabbing or muscling
Work on hand position and staying behind the pin throughout the swing
Improve balance and core strength

XL (5* lbs)
L (4* lbs)
M (3* lbs)
S (2* lbs)

*Note - all weights are approximate

Recommended Size vs Your Ball Weight:

XL = 14 to 16 lb ball
L = 12 to 14 lb ball
M = 10 to 12 lb ball
S = up to 10 lb

Made of a durable and flexible silicone rubber (latex free), the comfortable finger holes are slightly flexible allowing for larger finger sizes.

All products are handmade by Eileen's Bowling Buddy, LLC in our shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. We are not mass producing our products, we hand pour and color each item. Because of this, you may find that your device has a dot or streak of color you weren't expecting, or small imperfections that are non impacting to the performance of the product. We like to call these the "character" that makes your device one-of-a-kind!

My bowling coach recommended the swing trainer as a way to practice without having to go to the bowling alley. With instruction on the proper use of the swing trainer, benefits can be obtained in developing a feel for a good swing. The tool is well made, durable, and soft enough to be used for an adequate training session length of time.

Simple idea that gives you real time feedback about swing timing and coordination plus for me with a torn R. biceps tendon, it has served as a strengthening tool and balance tool

Great service as always, and the trainer is well-built. I use it to tune-up my own game occasionally when I sense that I am getting lazy or sloppy. Invaluable in coaching newer bowlers who need to get the feel of a proper release where you navigate the body around the ball path rather then the ball around the body. Seems to be particularly helpful in improving the release and posting of my female students.

This swing trainer is great - it has help me to focus more on my swing and follow through - I purchased it along with the Release Trainer - both have helped this Senior Bowler to improve his game! Thank you!!
Keeps swing on track

It does show you where you wiggle or move out of line. I plan to use this for rehab of my shoulder. Be careful of the follow-thru - can whack yourself on your head! Not finding it as useful a power trainer while learning bowling with my off-hand but may when I return to normal bowling side! Should help with strengthening and will help me build up to the power trainer.

I am a new USBC Bronze Coach with a new college program. The Swing Trainer helps my bowlers relax their swing. I video them and they can see and feel the difference. I train with it every day. Highly recommend!

I was first introduced to this tool at the Kegel Training Center. It immediately gives you the feed back that you can't see or feel with a ball. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because of the way it looks. Every one of these I have seen in person and on line has all these crazy colors. Mine is just plain white with a touch of yellow in the bottom third.
