Product Description
The Rev / Ball Motion Trainer allows you to work on hand and release position while learning to put revolutions on the ball. You get 6 inches of room for movement of the ball in the release explosion zone and the ability see the ball motion you've created. Place a bowling ball on the rollers, place your foot next to the device, and with your body in the position it would be in at the foul line (balancing, post position), come up out of the ball. Watch the ball as it rolls on the rollers. Add revs and see ball motion. Understand changes in hand position and the effect on ball motion. This is a great tool for any level of bowler!
The Rev / Ball Motion Trainer is approximately 13" x 9 " x 2" and weighs about 7 lbs. The industrial rollers are very durable.
Note: The rollers have a sponge washer inside them that may work its way out of the roller. The roller moves more freely without the washer and losing the washer should not cause any issues to the workings of the Rev Trainer.
All products are handmade by Eileen's Bowling Buddy, LLC in our shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. We are not mass producing our products, we hand pour and color each item. Because of this, you may find that your device has a dot or streak of color you weren't expecting, or small imperfections that are non impacting to the performance of the product. We like to call these the "character" that makes your device one-of-a-kind!

Great product for refining or changing your release. Solidly built Decided to work on my release during the Covid shutdown. I'm 74 and wanted to make sure that when we started back bowling again I would be in bowling shape and improve my game. I do 100 reps twice a day. 25 reps take a 2 minute break then 25 more until I do 100. I could do more but find that I start doing it incorrectly which defeats the purpose. They say practice makes perfect but in reality its "Perfect " practice makes perfect execution. I then follow that up with 100 reps with the Feel Trainer ball to help reinforce the motion of the release.

Very Usefull Product to help change your game

It took me too a different level of bowling. I thought I was rolling the ball right, but when I tried to roll the ball on the rev training , the ball would stop fast. So when I started watching the video , my ball started working a lot better. cant wait to try on the lanes this style . I have kept the ball on the first set of rollers , and I have notice the ball will change direction at a certain point. I like this so far. Thanks

What a great device. I actually enjoy practicing with this! It seems to allow me to feel a proper release while rotating the ball. I am sure it's already helping my form even though I just started to use it.

This enables me to develop a consistent rotation on the ball. I can get 3 games of practice in about 10 minutes. Without having to go through an actual approach and delivery, this allows me to focus on just the release. I've already seen an improvement in my game in just 2 weeks of daily practice. The ball motion trainer does exactly what it's supposed to do...you release the ball and the trainer shows you what kind of roll/spin you put on it. The noise made when the ball rolls over the casters is kind of loud and freaks out my cats, but I enjoy using it!

Have you ever wondered what your hand is supposed to do when you release the ball? Has anyone ever told you that it is like throwing a football underhand? Have you ever watched the slow motion videos on YouTube that show the release, and still not get it? I have looked at all of this information and still could not feel the release or produce consistent rotation and tilt. Until Now!
Using a bowling ball, instead of a significantly lighter football, is a much better way to learn how the motion of your hand feels, IMO. For me, trying to observe what the ball is doing as it goes down the lane was too difficult; with a piece of tape on my PAP, and the ball spinning on the industrial rollers, it was easy to see when I was repeating my release.
