The Small Power Trainer weighs approximately 3 Lbs and in about 6" in diameter.  This tool works well for bowlers using a 8-10 lb bowling ball.

Made of a soft silicone rubber, the comfortable finger holes are slightly flexible allowing for larger finger sizes. The design of the product makes it useful as a two-handed training device as well as being an exceptional power trainer for single-handed bowlers. Amp up the training exercise by two at the same time - one in each hand.

All products are handmade by Eileen's Bowling Buddy, LLC in our shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. We are not mass producing our products, we hand pour and color each item. Because of this, you may find that your device has a dot or streak of color you weren't expecting, or small imperfections that are non impacting to the performance of the product. We like to call these the "character" that makes your device one-of-a-kind!
