More about the Feel Trainer:

Made of a soft silicone rubber, there are holes for your finger tips to fit into. As you roll the ball off your hand, you flip it up with your bowling fingers. As you do this you are teaching "feel" in a way that has never before been possible.

All of our tools are made of a durable and flexible silicone rubber (latex free).

Colors and Custom Colors: The colors shown in the pictures are just a sample of the colors we create. When you order, we will send you whatever colors we currently have made. If you are interested in ordering this product in custom colors, you can call us with your order at 1-888-777-4955. We charge an additional $5 per item for custom color requests.

All products are handmade by Eileen's Bowling Buddy, LLC in our shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. We are not mass producing our products, we hand pour and color each item. Because of this, you may find that your device has a dot or streak of color you weren't expecting, or small imperfections that are non impacting to the performance of the product. We like to call these the "character" that makes your device one-of-a-kind!

Excellent tool to help bowlers learn the modern release. The coloring allows for immediate feedback on axis rotation while learning the yo-yo style release.

Not only do the two colors allow you to see proper ball rotation, the weight is heavy enough to feel your fingers come through the holes on the release.

I love this product, gives the bowler a lighter weight item to be able to slow down enough to actually see where their hand is and correct posistion

I purchased this product as it looked like an excellent tool for a senior citizen whose ball speed and average is dropping. Also it was light weight and you could practice at home. My goal is to improve my release(s) and timing. The product looks and feels great to the hand. As I don't have anyone to work with I throw the ball into an old sleep sofa. In just a few day I have notice a marked difference on how the feel trainer comes off my hand. I can hardly wait for the bowling lanes to reopen so I can see the results from working with this great tool.

I've been around a while. As a senior bowler averaging 200+ , I've had my game pretty well ingrained but felt a change in my release to the modern release could help me raise my game to a higher level. Its been a challenge, but by being able to use the ball at home, am finding getting the feel for bringing the bent elbow and the hand collapse techniques to feel normal is a huge help. The size and weight of the 5" ball seem just right for me. Will be using this tool for my students too! ( I'm Silver Certified )

I like the size and weight of this tool. The best thing about it is the two-part color so I can see the angle and speed of rotation that I am achieving with it.

I wish I had the feel trainer when I was learning to bowl then I wouldn't have to retrain my release. But I haven't been bowling all that long (4 years) that I can't relearn so it has become a vital element of my practices. It is portable enough that I even take it to the gym with me. Drills, drills, drills! My rating of 4 is not reflective of the product itself but rather that Ive only had the trainer for 2 weeks and have not yet reaped the benefits. No doubt that will happen once leagues begin. Excellent quality and arrived promptly. I would recommend to anyone looking to learn or improve their game.
Must have for serious bowlers!

I have been using the Feel Trainers for several months. This purchase was for another bowler after I demonstrated it's purpose. He asked that I order it for him on the spot. He is a 230 average bowler.

Great tool for teaching the yo-yo and traditional release. I have my bowlers pair up and play catch using zero and 30 degree axis rotation. We also bounce it and walk it to practice the yo-yo. Great Training device! Color scheme helps bowlers understand ball rotation.
Must-have bowling adjunct!

I bought a feel trainer (fol ball) a few years back. It worked out great. It is small enough to be portable and heavy enough to give you the "feel" of having something weighty like a bowling ball in your hand. There are several easy exercises that you can do to strengthen your muscles and work on the hand/eye coordination crucial for targeting on the lanes. Also, the color pattern gives instant feedback as to what kind of rotation you are imparting to the ball at release. Since I help coach youth league where I live, I have started giving the device to the kids as a way to encourage and help them advance.

We spent 3 days at Kegel Training Center in Florida over the Holidays and they had us use the feel trainer. My son was so into it I purchased on and it arrived a few days ago. He is spending a lot of time working on his release and this makes it easy to do at home. Great product...I highly recommend it!
